HAI invests in quality and product safety and integrates high-tech measuring and inspection systems from enigmasoft


We accept no compromise when it comes to ensuring the best product quality and the highest safety standards, such as those required for lightweight profiles for the automotive industry. Precise, full-surface measurement and inspection of every single part that is delivered is therefore of particular importance to us and our customers. In order to guarantee the high safety standards, we always use the best technology available on the market in our production. As part of our 125-million-euro investment project and under the motto "Expect more", we became aware of enigmasoft GmbH, a company dedicated to the development and realisation of measuring and testing systems of the highest quality.

After extensive preliminary tests and ensuring process safety, we first invested in an iQ-extrusion (measuring and testing machine for linearly formed components) and then, after extensive testing in the production environment, in further systems. With the iQ-extrusion, enigmasoft has provided us with a technology that enables us to significantly increase and stabilise our very high quality and safety standards. With the iQ-extrusion we can measure and inspect 100% of our parts in a short machine cycle, full surface and with high accuracy. enigmasoft has proved itself as a reliable partner and could convince us with professionalism and much innovation.
