The milestone for 100% inline quality control

Thanks to its high inspection speed and intelligent machine concept, the new iQ-one inspection cell is predestined for 100% inline quality control. A virtual 3D image (twin) is generated for each product from the precise scan data. This enables seamless, digitalised quality control, statistical data analyses for process optimisation and detailed product traceability.
