In order to be able to guarantee the high safety standards, we always use the best machines and equipment available on the market. In the course of investing in new production lines, we became aware of enigmasoft GmbH, a company dedicated to the development and realisation of measuring and inspection systems of the highest quality. After extensive preliminary tests and ensuring process reliability, we first

invested in an iQ-360 (measuring and testing machine for rotating objects) and then, after extensive testing in the production environment, in further systems. With the iQ-360, enigmasoft has provided us with a technology that allows us to significantly increase and stabilise our very high safety standards. 

With the iQ-360 we can measure and inspect 100% of our wheels on both sides with high precision in a short machine cycle. enigmasoft has proved to be a reliable partner and could convince us with its professionalism and much innovation.

High end two-sided optical measurement and inspection of wheels


With the high-end iQ-360 measuring and inspection machine, it is now possible for the first time to simultaneously measure and inspect both the design side and the side facing the brake disc in a fast cycle time (In-line). The measured dimensions and inspection results are of the highest precision, reproducible in the µm range



and have been proven using the MSA method. The iQ-360 system has proven itself in a harsh production environment and has been audited and approved by wheel manufacturers and car manufacturers.
